How do I contact support for turbolapper - AFM?
If you are on Starter, Personal, Business-Commercial, or Pro, use the support form or join Slack and post there. Enterprise customers use the dedicated support agent named in their contract. For sales and Enterprise packaging (not day-to-day Starter - Pro support), use Contact.
I’m an Enterprise customer - is Slack still correct?
Enterprise includes a dedicated support agent defined in your agreement. Use that path for contracted support. Slack remains useful for community and public demos; your contract agent is the escalation path for Enterprise seats and SLAs.
What macOS version do I need?
macOS 26 or later (macOS Tahoe 26 and newer). Run on macOS 26 or later for the shipping product. Apple menu → About This Mac shows your version. Software Update: System Settings → General → Software Update.
Which Macs work best?
You need a Mac that can run macOS 26 and that supports Apple Intelligence. Apple Intelligence on Mac requires Apple silicon (for example MacBook Air / Pro with M1 or later, iMac with M1 or later, Mac mini with M1 or later, Mac Studio, Mac Pro with Apple silicon, and other models Apple lists - including newer lines such as MacBook Neo where applicable).
Apple publishes current hardware lists as software releases ship. Check Apple’s pages for macOS Tahoe 26 compatibility and Apple Intelligence requirements.
How do I turn on Apple Intelligence?
Exact labels can shift slightly by macOS point release, but the usual path is:
- Update to macOS 26 or later and restart if prompted.
- Confirm your Mac is in a region / country where Apple Intelligence is available (Apple’s list changes over time).
- Open System Settings.
- Open Apple Intelligence & Siri (or the Apple Intelligence settings pane on your version).
- Turn Apple Intelligence on.
- Keep the Mac on Wi‑Fi and power while on-device models download. Apple currently notes on the order of ~7 GB free storage for Apple Intelligence models (plus room for your data files).
- Set device language and Siri language to the same supported language so Apple Intelligence stays available.
If the toggle is missing or greyed out, check region, language match, free disk space, and model download progress first. For device eligibility and setup detail: Apple - How to get Apple Intelligence.
Apple Intelligence setup checklist
Checklist: Apple silicon Mac on Apple’s Apple Intelligence list; macOS 26+; enough free disk space for models; matching device and Siri language; models finished downloading. If you need a second pair of eyes, use the support form or post in Slack with your Mac model (About This Mac), macOS version, and a screenshot of the Apple Intelligence settings pane.
Which plan should I start on?
Start on free Starter (100 MB). Confirm install, Apple Intelligence, and a successful first analysis before you pay for capacity. Move to Personal for more data headroom, or Business-Commercial and above when you need commercial use or larger caps. See Pricing.
Does support need my dataset?
No - and the app keeps data on your Mac. Prefer public sample files or redacted screenshots in Slack. We will not ask you to ship proprietary data to us for Starter - Pro support. Privacy: Privacy Policy.
What should I include when I ask for help in Slack?
Mac model and chip (About This Mac), macOS version, whether Apple Intelligence shows as on, plan tier if you know it, what you expected vs what happened, and a screenshot of the error or empty state. That helps the team help you faster.
How fast will someone reply?
Slack is community-paced and team-responsive. Enterprise contracted support has the response terms written into the agreement. For urgent commercial packaging, use Contact.
I have a billing or App Store subscription question
Subscriptions are processed by Apple when you buy through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card or App Store email from the transaction. Manage or cancel in Apple ID / Subscriptions settings; ask in Slack if you need help finding the right path.
Ready to ask?
Starter through Pro → support form or Slack. Enterprise → your dedicated agent. Sales → Contact.
