Last updated: July 11, 2026. By using this website, joining the waitlist, or accessing related materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Agreement

These Terms govern access to turbolapper.com and related pages (the “Site”), including articles, demos, and waitlist sign-up. Separate terms may apply to the turbolapper macOS application when distributed (App Store or otherwise); those terms will control for the software.

The product

turbolapper is a Local Analytics product: software intended to help users analyze data on their own devices. The Site describes the product, pricing direction, public demos, and community. Features may change; pre-release materials are informational.

Waitlist and communications

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, features, or pricing. We may contact you about availability, product updates, and related announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Site (scanning, scraping in a way that degrades service, introducing malware).
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use Site content to misrepresent turbolapper (including inventing traction, customers, or certifications we do not claim).
• Violate law or third-party rights.

Public demo write-ups use open datasets for method illustration; they are not client endorsements unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual property

Site content (text, design, logos, graphics) is owned by turbolapper or its licensors. You may not copy brand assets for commercial use without permission. The name turbolapper should appear in lowercase as one word when you refer to the brand accurately.

YouTube and Slack materials remain subject to those platforms’ terms.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Public benchmarks and demos are illustrative; they are not guarantees of performance on your data or hardware.

We do not warrant that Local Analytics will meet every regulatory requirement for your industry; you are responsible for your compliance obligations.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURBOLAPPER AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless turbolapper and its team from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Third-party links

The Site links to third parties (YouTube, Slack, calendaring, form tools, xealai.com). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas (without conflict-of-law rules), unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts in Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
